As part of its spreadsheet modelling services, BPM provides a responsive support capacity that offers spreadsheet modellers an unprecedented guidance and trouble-shooting service with respect to any Excel^® spreadsheet modelling query.

BPM's support service operates from 8am to 7pm (AEST) on business days, and outside of these hours upon request.

BPM's support services are provided by expert spreadsheet modellers and cover a wide range of areas, including:

• bpmToolbox & bpmModules
• Best Practice Spreadsheet Modelling Standards
• Developing spreadsheet models (any industry)
• Spreadsheet modelling techniques (any model type)
• Spreadsheet logic and mathematics

Support services may be purchased as required at the regular price of A$350 per hour. BPM also offers discounted packages of ongoing software, training courses and support services, which include ongoing Support Credits. Package clients can utilise Support Credits as required. Additional Support Credits may also be purchased by package clients on a discounted basis (A$250 per Credit/Hour).
